“When making the decision to seek therapy, I did not anticipate that it could actually be a relaxing and uplifting experience -often with some immediate results. A few hours after my initial visit I realized that my mood was Significantly lifted from where it had been for the past 6-7 months. That was sooo encouraging! As I continued to go to my appointments, I noticed that as one issue was resolving, others that had been put on the back burner were coming back. It was so nice to be able to get those addressed as they came up. Tyler’s style is so much like a conversation that I often feel like I’m the one who figured out what I need to do to resolve a situation .... but of course, he has walked me through with very purposeful questions! It is such a freedom to be rid of bad feelings and misunderstandings. I feel incredibly lucky and thankful to have found Tyler’s practice.”
